CASINO OPERATIONS SHIFT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees daily Table Game Operations.
  • Reads and evaluates credit reports and makes appropriate recommendations.
  • Analyzes profitability of game types and makes recommendations accordingly.
  • Identifies and gathers relevant facts. Exercises sound judgement.
  • Responsible for scheduling with appropriate games spread based on all variable factors.
  • Responsible for ensuring profitability levels of all table game players and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Makes recommendations to ensure budgetary goals are achieved.
  • Develops and implements training programs for subordinate staff to include quarterly informational staff meeting.
  • Ensures a customer and employee friendly environment.
  • Promotes positive public relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledgeable of all casino game rules and regulations.
  • Minimum of five (5) years casino experience with at least one (1) year as a Casino Shift Manager.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to include a six day work week when needed and rotating shifts.
  • Strong organizational, planning and supervisory skills.
