We provide high-quality, non-medical home care that allows our seniors to age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Schedule & Availability

• Hours: 30–40 hours per week.
• Shift Windows: We are looking for candidates with open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. * Work-Life Balance: While we ask for open availability, we value our team’s well-being! You will not be expected to work 7 days a week; we work with you to ensure you have consistent time off to recharge.

What You’ll Do (Non-Medical Support)

• Provide companionship and emotional support to our senior clients.
• Assist with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and incidental transportation (errands/appointments).
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client.

Requirements

• Reliability: You must have a heart for service and a track record of being dependable.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and our office team.
• Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
