About the Role

AFF is seeking dedicated and supportive casual Farm Hands to join our operations at Red Mill, located just north of Moree, NSW. This hands-on role will have a particular focus on irrigation support, as well as general farm duties to keep operations running smoothly. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, following instructions to ensure the job is done safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
• Assisting with general fieldwork such as planting, spraying and harvest prep.
• Operating farm machinery and equipment.
• Reporting hazards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Being a team player and helping the team meet daily and seasonal goals.
