Job Title: Casual Labor Pool – On-Call General Support

Compensation: $30/hour,

Position Summary:
The Native Village of Georgetown is seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our casual labor pool. This pool will consist of workers available on an as-needed basis to support various short-term or one-time tasks such as building maintenance, landscaping, moving heavy items, minor repairs, and general handyman work.

This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible, occasional work and who enjoys working in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the task, duties may include:

· Assisting with facility maintenance and minor repairs

· Landscaping, mowing, trimming, or snow removal

· Moving and lifting heavy furniture, boxes, or equipment

· Painting, assembling furniture, or basic carpentry

· Cleaning or organizing storage areas

· Supporting set-up or breakdown for events or meetings

· Other general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

· Basic knowledge of tools, maintenance, or yard work preferred

· Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must have own vehicle

Schedule:

· Work is occasional and scheduled on a project-by-project basis

· Hours vary depending on need and worker availability
