Allegiance Heart & Home Care is a trusted Aged Care and Support at Home provider delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Sydney. Our focus is on safety, independence and wellbeing for our clients, supported by a strong clinical and operational team.

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our organisation on a casual, visiting basis (approx. 2 home visits per month).

About the Role

This is a flexible, low-volume caseload suited to an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys meaningful client interaction and high clinical autonomy.

You will conduct home-based physiotherapy assessments and provide clear recommendations to support safe mobility, falls prevention, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive home-based physiotherapy assessments

Develop clear mobility and exercise plans

Provide recommendations on safe mobility aids, seating, footwear and environmental safety

Liaise with Operations Manager, RN and support workers

Document findings and exercise programs in line with Aged Care standards

Provide expert clinical guidance to support workers and family members

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 3 years experience in aged care, community or rehabilitation

Strong understanding of falls prevention, mobility impairment and home-based therapy

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain exercises clearly

Ability to produce professional clinical notes and recommendations

Compassionate, reliable and respectful

Must have a valid police check, working rights and own transport
