  • Handle patient attendants tactfully during emergency situations. Supervise overall functioning of the Casualty/Emergency Department.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing staff performance.
  • Oversee triage, patient assessment, and timely emergency care.
  • Ensure proper handling of medico-legal cases and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain readiness of crash cart, emergency drugs, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with ICU, OT, Lab, Radiology, and consultants for patient management.
  • Ensure infection control and biomedical waste compliance.
  • Monitor stock, maintain records, and report incidents to management.
  • Conduct emergency drills and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the casualty area.
  • Ensure proper shifting of critical patients to ICU/OT/wards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
