Desert Tails Pet Services is a boutique cat sitting and dog walking company trusted by families throughout Cave Creek, Carefree, and Far North Scottsdale. Our clients count on us to show up, communicate well, and provide consistent, reliable care for their beloved pets every single time.

We are looking for a professional, experienced Cat Sitter/Dog Walker who is dependable, confident, and ready to become part of our company.

What You Will Do

• Provide daily check-ins, dog walks, and pet sitting visits in clients' homes
• Care for dogs, cats, and other household pets while following detailed care instructions
• Send visit summaries with photos and notes after every visit using our mobile app
• Communicate quickly and clearly with both clients and team members
• Use scheduling apps, visit tracking tools, and your smartphone for communication and visit reporting
• Represent Desert Tails Pet Services professionally in every client's home
• Complete shadow training before working independently

Availability Required

You must be available for both of the following time blocks:

Morning Block
7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Afternoon/Evening Block
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

You must also be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Our pets need care every day, and our clients depend on us to be there when it matters most.

Requirements

• Live within 10 miles of Cave Creek, Arizona
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Have a smartphone with reliable data service
• Be confident handling both large and small dogs, as well as cats
• Be comfortable using scheduling apps, texting clients, uploading visit photos, and learning new technology
• Be dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
• Pass a background check
