Catalog And Sourcing Manager

1. Create, update, and maintain product catalogs across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, company website, etc.).
2. Ensure product data (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing) is accurate, consistent, and SEO-friendly.
3. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product images and content optimization.
4. Monitor catalog performance and resolve listing errors or discrepancies.
5. Maintain category structure, product tagging, and metadata for better discoverability.
6. Identify and evaluate reliable vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for new product sourcing.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
8. Build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement and replenishment.
9. Research market trends, competitor catalogs, and pricing to introduce new and profitable products.
10. Work closely with logistics and operations to streamline supply chain processes.
