Dependable and detail-oriented individual needed to support our school and public library customers by maintaining accurate cataloging specifications and assisting with account setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customer cataloging and processing specifications and assist customers with updating existing specifications
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer needs and meet operational goals
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers and sales representatives regarding orders, cataloging specifications, and account questions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer specifications are properly documented
  • Assist with data entry and spreadsheet management related to cataloging and processing requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • 2-3 years of office experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a library environment is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
