About The Role
You will lead the Pharmacy Channel agenda by shaping channel strategies, improving in-store execution, and supporting customer teams to deliver strong business results. This role is key to ensuring Nestlé Nutrition brands are visible, available, and prioritized within the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Develop regional/zonal strategies to drive Pharmacy Channel performance.

Lead execution of all commercial plans within the pharmacy environment.

Drive and own the Pharmacy Channel Picture of Success.

Partner with customer teams to develop impactful commercial initiatives.

Gather, analyze, and communicate pharmacy-specific insights and trends.

Coordinate hospital and institutional tender processes.
-
Support the growth of specialty segments through targeted visibility and distribution.

Provide channel inputs to the annual ICP planning cycle.

Ensure compliance with Nestlé principles, audit standards, and policies.

Champion continuous improvement through NCE methodologies.
A Day in the Life

Start your day reviewing channel KPIs, customer updates, and regional performance.

Meet with customer teams or regional sales leaders to plan upcoming activations.

Conduct market visits to pharmacies to assess execution, visibility, and customer feedback.

Work with Marketing & Category teams to refine channel-tailored plans.

Follow up on ongoing tenders, institutional opportunities, and key account negotiations.

Compile competitive insights and share recommendations with stakeholders.

End the day aligning with cross-functional partners on execution priorities and next steps.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Channel Development (pharmacy/healthcare channel experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

A self-starter with strong ownership, teamwork, and execution discipline.
