About the Role
Aldobi is building the most trusted home services platform in the region. Behind every great customer experience is a reliable, professional vendor ready to deliver.
This role exists to identify, onboard, and activate high-quality service providers so Aldobi can scale reliably across Qatar and the GCC.
You will manage the full vendor onboarding lifecycleโpitching vendors, handling enquiries, activating providers, and ensuring they are fully operational on the platform.
Your work directly strengthens Aldobiโs supply foundation and operational reliability.

What Youโll Do
- Identify and approach service providers suitable for Aldobiโs platform
- Pitch Aldobiโs platform and explain onboarding process and benefits
- Handle vendor enquiries and guide vendors through onboarding
- Manage full onboarding lifecycle from vendor identification to activation
- Ensure vendors are fully set up and ready to accept customer orders
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, tracking, and operational data
- Support category operations to ensure vendor availability and readiness
- Use internal tools, CRM systems, and dashboards to manage onboarding
- Help improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years experience in operations, onboarding, coordination, or similar roles OR MBA graduate with strong interest in operations and technology
- Good proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and operational systems
- Comfortable working with dashboards, internal tools, and digital platforms
- Ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Basic comfort working with operational data and tracking
