About the Role

Aldobi is building the most trusted home services platform in the region. Behind every great customer experience is a reliable, professional vendor ready to deliver.

This role exists to identify, onboard, and activate high-quality service providers so Aldobi can scale reliably across Qatar and the GCC.

You will manage the full vendor onboarding lifecycleโ€”pitching vendors, handling enquiries, activating providers, and ensuring they are fully operational on the platform.

Your work directly strengthens Aldobiโ€™s supply foundation and operational reliability.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Identify and approach service providers suitable for Aldobiโ€™s platform
  • Pitch Aldobiโ€™s platform and explain onboarding process and benefits
  • Handle vendor enquiries and guide vendors through onboarding
  • Manage full onboarding lifecycle from vendor identification to activation
  • Ensure vendors are fully set up and ready to accept customer orders
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records, tracking, and operational data
  • Support category operations to ensure vendor availability and readiness
  • Use internal tools, CRM systems, and dashboards to manage onboarding
  • Help improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in operations, onboarding, coordination, or similar roles OR MBA graduate with strong interest in operations and technology
  • Good proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and operational systems
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, internal tools, and digital platforms
  • Ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Basic comfort working with operational data and tracking
