Position Overview: Category Growth Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Category Growth Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our organization's growth by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence category strategies, marketing initiatives, and business outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to fuel category growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights within the category.
• Analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., NPS, surveys, reviews) and business data (e.g. sales contribution, retention, purchasing patterns) to uncover actionable insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute data-driven promotional events and campaigns.
• Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure alignment between category goals and advertising materials.
• Maintain organized records of category performance, marketing metrics, and campaign results for ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to identify opportunities for category innovation and improvement.
• Launch new products within the category, including planning, coordinating, and executing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth
• Provide support for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth category operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree; 0-2 years of experience
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
• Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel
• Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
