We’re looking for a dynamic Category Head to lead integrated brand operations across mainline and digital marketing services. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, driving creative excellence, and ensuring flawless execution across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand strategy, planning, and execution across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
  • Drive client partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative vision.
  • Oversee campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to craft data-driven, insight-led campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new business leads, and category expansion potential.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management or agency-side marketing operations.
  • Proven expertise in both mainline and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • A blend of creative instinct and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
