We are looking for a Category Management Lead (Specialist level) to join our ZerOnline Digital B2B Platform team. This role will focus on the effective management and continuous development of assigned product categories, contributing to commercial performance and the growth of ZerOnline through strong analytical capabilities and data-driven category initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to support category execution, improve operational efficiency, and help deliver sustainable value across the platform, in alignment with defined strategies and business priorities.
Job Description

Conduct competitive analysis and define required action plans accordingly

Perform long-term strategic studies to support the development of assigned categories

Identify potential vendors to be onboarded to the platform and conduct related discussions

Support the vendor onboarding process and ensure completion of required steps

Ensure the expansion of category, brand, and product assortment

Maintain close communication with vendors to maximize actions taken and product visibility
-
Monitor industry trends to anticipate potential opportunities and initiate necessary actions

Ensure accuracy and regular updates of product visuals, pricing, and stock availability for all listed items

Collaborate with companies within the scope of brand partnerships and joint initiatives

This position does not include any people management or managerial responsibilities
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related technical field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in category management, procurement or commercial roles

Proven experience in managing multiple technical product categories, preferably within industrial procurement, mechanical/electrical components, automation equipment, and engineering support categories.

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and SAPSolid understanding of e-commerce dynamics and digital platforms

Strong persuasion, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills; a team-oriented mindset

Effective time management skills with strong reporting and organizational abilities
