We are looking for a Category Manager – Tiles & Sanitary ware to own supplier relationships, drive sourcing efficiency, and ensure seamless supply for our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Category Ownership: Lead the tiles & sanitary ware category strategy including product selection, pricing, and supplier development.
• Supplier Management: Identify, onboard, and manage key suppliers/manufacturers in the tiles and sanitary ware ecosystem (domestic & import).
• Negotiation: Drive cost efficiencies by negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements while ensuring quality benchmarks are met.
• Supply Chain Execution: Ensure supplier adherence to SLAs on lead time, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Inventory Planning: Work with operations to ensure right product availability while balancing working capital.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor sourcing, and pricing benchmarks to keep The Bathroom Co. ahead of the curve.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, operations, and project management teams to align supply with customer demand and project timelines.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure contracts, MoUs, and supplier documentation are maintained and compliant.

Desired Profile

• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or vendor management within tiles, sanitary ware, or allied building materials .
• Background: Prior work with large retailers (Home Improvement, Organized Tile/Sanitary ware Retail Chains) or within sourcing/procurement teams of major tile/sanitary ware brands.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of vendor ecosystems in tiles & sanitary ware.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive cost and efficiency improvements.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
