🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product assortments by store cluster and customer profile.
• Refresh and optimize assortments based on sales performance and market trends.
• Lead category management (Catman) projects focused on profitability, turnover, and customer experience.
• Evaluate promotional ROI and recommend improvements to pricing and promotion strategies.
• Conduct supplier business reviews with key partners and manage category captain projects.
• Identify range gaps and develop new private label SKUs, benchmarking against national brands.
• Support private label initiatives through consistent merchandising and display standards.
• Audit and update planograms across stores to ensure compliance and visual consistency.
• Gather and analyze shopper insights to inform category strategies.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards with BI for key category KPIs.
• Prepare and present category performance reports and ensure data accuracy and automation.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in category management, assortment planning, or retail merchandising.
• Experience in FMCG or retail industry preferred.
• Proven success in managing supplier relationships and delivering category growth.
