Position: Ethnic Manager

Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: 4+ years in retail/apparel/fashion, with at least 2 years in supervisory or floor management
Role Overview
Responsible for managing the ethnic category section, ensuring smooth operations, attractive merchandising, accurate inventory, and exceptional customer service. Leads the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Merchandising: Maintain section cleanliness, visual appeal, accurate pricing, and festival-themed displays.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, manage replenishment, apply FIFO, and reduce shrinkage/waste.
- Customer Service: Provide culturally sensitive support, handle special orders, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff; assign tasks and evaluate performance.
- Sales Monitoring: Track sales, meet targets, suggest promotions, and adjust product mix.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure safety, hygiene, and food handling standards are met.
