Job Summary:
The Category Manager will be responsible for managing and developing assigned product categories to drive sales, profitability, and brand growth. The role involves end-to-end category ownership, including market analysis, product selection, vendor management, pricing strategy, and coordination with marketing and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends. Plan and manage product assortment, ensuring balance between innovation and core bestsellers. Coordinate with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure timely product development and deliveries. Analyze consumer insights, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Define pricing, discount, and margin structures to meet profitability targets. Collaborate with marketing for campaign planning, product launches, and promotional activities. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability. Monitor category performance through regular reporting and suggest improvements. Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay updated with market movements
. Qualifications C Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Masters or related field. 2–4 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying — preferably in fashion or retail. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and planning abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and category performance analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
