Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Specialist with expertise in Tele-sales, B2B, and B2C client management. This role goes beyond traditional Tele-sales, requiring the ability to close deals over the phone as well as conduct in-person client meetings to build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with strong negotiation skills, a proven track record in outbound sales, and the ability to manage both indoor and outdoor sales activities.
Job Duties:
· Conduct Tele-sales to engage potential and existing B2B and B2C clients, presenting solutions that meet their needs.
· Manage outbound sales campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and deal closures.
· Meet clients in-person for B2B business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
· Maintain a structured pipeline for leads, prospects, and active customers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
· Work closely with the sales team to support category growth initiatives.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts.
· Provide feedback on customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends.
· Build long-term, trusted relationships with business partners and clients.
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s
· 1–2 years of sales experience, with proven expertise in Tele-sales, B2B, and B2C selling.
· Strong background in direct sales / client-facing roles (outdoor experience preferred).
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and Tele-sales techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
