We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food service experiences at various events, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while enjoying delicious meals. Duties

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for events, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Set up and break down banquet tables, ensuring all areas are clean and organized before and after events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including proper food handling practices.
• Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with attendees, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary restrictions when possible.
• Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment for all guests.

Skills

• Proficient in food preparation techniques with a solid understanding of food handling practices.
• Experience in the restaurant or catering industry preferred, with a focus on banquet service.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to enhance guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food service operations, including bussing techniques and maintaining cleanliness standards.
