Duties

• Assist with food presentation to meet high standards of quality and safety
• Serve food and beverages efficiently at events, banquets, or in catering settings with a friendly, guest-focused approach
• Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and catering stations
• Buss tables promptly during service to maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth flow of events
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Engage with guests professionally to answer questions, accommodate special requests, and enhance their overall experience
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering operations and ensure timely delivery of services

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required.
• Culinary or restaurant experience that demonstrates knowledge of food handling and service standards
• Familiarity with banquet or large event catering operations is highly desirable.
• Strong guest relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or food safety procedures preferred
• Knowledge of coffee service or hotel experience can be advantageous for certain roles
• Prior roles involving customer service in fast-paced environments will help you excel in this position
