Catering Lead - Server

Green Mill Catering in Lakeville, MN is accepting applications to build our growing catering staff! Part-time hours, seasonal (May-October) positions (servers & event leads) with an opportunity to maintain annual employment. 6-10 hours shifts, nights & weekends.

Fun, exciting atmosphere with hard working & motivating leadership. Catering at multiple off-site catering venues (Lakeville and surrounding metro).

Catering Servers ($18+/hr): No previous experience required, although preferred. Training available. Must have reliable transportation.

Catering Leads ($25-30/hr): 1+ year of catering experience required with reference. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license and be 19 years of age or older.

Responsibilities would include:

• Loading/unloading catering vehicles with supplies
• Setting up tables- linens, glasses, silverware, etc.
• Butler passing appetizers
• Replenishing buffets
• Serving food for plated and family style service
• Clearing tables
• Setting up portable bars
• Loading, hauling, unloading bar service supplies
• Responsibly handling food, beverage and alcohol
• Closing down event (event lead)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
