Catering Operations Manager
to lead and enhance our catering operations.
Job Purpose
The
Catering Operations Manager
will oversee the planning, execution, and management of all catering-related functions — including
kitchen, dining, housekeeping, and laundry services
. The role ensures the delivery of exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while achieving company objectives within defined budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Develop and execute operational strategies, business plans, and budgets aligned with Delta’s strategic goals.

Identify and maximize new business opportunities and revenue streams within the catering sector.

Oversee financial budgets, CAPEX, and marketing strategies to achieve profitability targets.

Ensure implementation of international standards (e.g.,
HACCP
) and best practices across all service lines.

Regularly introduce new menus, recipes, and innovations aligned with market trends.

Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client feedback to ensure continuous service.
Service & Quality Management
-
Guarantee service excellence across all departments — F&B, housekeeping, and laundry.

Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

Manage and resolve client feedback and complaints effectively and promptly.

Maintain superior levels of cleanliness, comfort, and operational readiness across all facilities.
People & Process Management

Supervise and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance and morale.

Foster a cooperative, professional, and safety-oriented work environment.

Ensure alignment with
Saudization
and workforce development objectives.

Conduct regular audits, training, and reviews of SOPs to maintain high operational standards
Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Hospitality Management
,
Business Administration
, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum of
9–10 years
of experience in the hospitality or catering sector, with at least
5 years
in a managerial or operations leadership role.
