- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent or Higher Secondary Certificate.
- Fluent in English (Read, write, speak). Arabic language proficiency is added value.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management or hotels or resorts or Offshore rigs/platforms or residential camps. Preferably with Offshore/Rigs experience.
- Must possess Food Safety level 2 certificate as minimum.
- HACCP certificate will be added value.
- Knowledge in catering services including VIP services/banquet functions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Presentation)
- Team player with focus on manpower management.
- Good Administration skills and basic accounting.
- Familiar with ISO food standards and/or HACCP
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
