Al Jazira Club is looking for an experienced and reliable Catering & Office Support Supervisor to join our Operations team.


This role is essential in ensuring smooth catering arrangements for staff and teams, coordinating event requirements, and overseeing office support services across the club.


The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating catering requirements for all staff entitlements, meetings, conferences, events, and matches. You will liaise with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and ensure last-minute demands can be met efficiently. Additionally, you will supervise the Office Boy team across the club, ensuring all operational needs are fulfilled while acting as the central point of contact for all related matters.

Key Responsibilities


Catering & Staff Support

  • Coordinate all staff catering requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
  • Ensure accurate internal charge recording in coordination with the Finance Department.

Club Catering Requirements

  • Manage catering needs for First Team and U23 Team by aligning with Football Management.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to maintain a preferred supplier list.
  • Act as the central contact for catering for meetings, events, and match-day F&B requirements.
  • Ensure vending machines are stocked and maintain supplier relationships.

Office Boy Services Supervision

  • Oversee daily operations of the Office Boy team.
  • Ensure adequate pantry and office supplies at all times.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth support service delivery.

Operations Support

  • Provide general office support as needed.
  • Carry out various operational duties as directed.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in catering operations or supervisory roles in F&B.
  • Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Tertiary training in Hospitality/F&B Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is an advantage.
