Catering Operations Coordinator

Behind every seamless catering order is someone who made sure every detail was handled. We're a fast-growing Chinese-American concept in Austin, and we're looking for an organized, tech-savvy operations pro who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. Duties:

• Manage incoming catering orders from confirmation through execution; tracking every detail along the way
• Serve as the communication bridge between the sales team, kitchen, and front-of-house staff
• Handle invoicing, contracts, and CRM maintenance with precision and consistency
• Onboard new clients and guide them through the ordering process with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate logistics and timelines for large-scale orders to ensure flawless delivery
• Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and proactively solve problems
• Support the Sales Manager with administrative needs to keep the revenue engine running
• Collaborate with team members to develop efficient workflows and improve overall catering service quality.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
