Catering Operations Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Catering Operations Manager to oversee all catering operations, ensuring exceptional service, seamless event execution, and strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from initial inquiry to completion
  • Manage client consultations, proposals, contracts, and event timelines
  • Lead and schedule catering staff, ensuring high service standards
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and logistics
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event management (2–5+ years experience in UAE preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Budgeting and cost-control experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management (preferred)
