Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Admin to support our sales team and enhance client experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, catering, or hospitality and a passion for detail, service, and organization. You’ll play a key role in client communication, proposal preparation, event coordination, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with client communications, proposals, and follow-ups
• Prepare customized quotes, contracts, and event confirmations
• Coordinate event details with kitchen and delivery teams
• Manage calendars, schedule tastings, and organize client meetings
• Maintain accurate client records, files, and CRM data
• Answer phones and respond promptly to email inquiries
• Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and promotional materials
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in catering, restaurant, or hospitality industries
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with catering or CRM software is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service mindset with a positive, team-first attitude

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Day Time
