Catering Sales Executive (Female)

We are seeking a passionate and well-presented Wedding Catering Sales Executive to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on generating wedding catering sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the flawless execution of wedding events from planning to delivery.

• Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage wedding catering sales leads.

Meet with clients to understand wedding requirements, themes, and budgets.

Prepare customized wedding catering proposals and quotations.

Conduct venue visits and coordinate event planning details.

Maintain strong relationships with brides, families, and wedding planners.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate logistics including menus, décor coordination, and timelines.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client database.

• Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in catering sales or wedding/event planning.

Strong understanding of wedding events and hospitality service standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

English language proficiency preferred.

Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
