The Catering Manager is responsible for:

• Soliciting new accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to exceed Food & Beverage revenue goals.
• Overseeing client functions to ensure complete customer service satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct necessary site inspections, up-selling, suggesting menus, event and activities to ensure success.
• Organize and plan all details of the client's needs including: menus, function room layout, outside activities, meeting times, check in/out procedures.
• Create and distribute clear and concise resumes and BEOs that detail the clients requests to all appropriate departments.
• Ensure that all billing and charges for services are rendered.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years as a hotel catering sales manager.
• 4 year college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customer needs and resolve complaints.
• Ability to establish and master goals and participate as a team player.
