- Supervise daily meal preparation and food service operations
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to menu plans and schedules
- Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control
- Oversee dining hall and counter service during meal times
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Manage and supervise staff (cooks, helpers, cleaners, counter boys)
- Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storekeeper for supplies
- Reduce food wastage and control costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed
- Maintain records (temperature logs, stock usage, attendance, reports)
- Coordinate with camp management and clients
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
