Catering Supervisor

  • Supervise daily meal preparation and food service operations
  • Ensure food is prepared and served according to menu plans and schedules
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control
  • Oversee dining hall and counter service during meal times
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Manage and supervise staff (cooks, helpers, cleaners, counter boys)
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storekeeper for supplies
  • Reduce food wastage and control costs
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Maintain records (temperature logs, stock usage, attendance, reports)
  • Coordinate with camp management and clients

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
