Catering Supervisor- Industrial Catering

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily catering operations including food preparation, delivery, setup, and service.
  • Plan and organize catering schedules, menus, and staff assignments based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of events.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to company standards and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the requisition of supplies and equipment.
  • Train, guide, and motivate catering staff to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain communication with clients to confirm event details, special requirements, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of catering areas before and after events.
  • Handle client feedback, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of catering activities, including attendance, billing, and event reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in catering supervision or food service management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
