Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering operations including food preparation, delivery, setup, and service.
- Plan and organize catering schedules, menus, and staff assignments based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of events.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to company standards and food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the requisition of supplies and equipment.
- Train, guide, and motivate catering staff to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
- Maintain communication with clients to confirm event details, special requirements, and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of catering areas before and after events.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of catering activities, including attendance, billing, and event reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in catering supervision or food service management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
