Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Event Management: Oversee both indoor and outdoor catered functions, coordinating directly with event hosts to ensure every detail is perfect.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality service standards and operational efficiency.
• Presentation & Aesthetics: Create visually stunning function spaces and ensure all menu offerings are presented to the highest aesthetic standards.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage the catering phone, client communications, and coordination with suppliers, kitchens, and sales departments.
• Technology & Delivery: Manage orders and professional interactions via online delivery platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeek, etc.).
• Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Linguistic Skills: Native or Professional Fluency in both Arabic & English is Mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Catering Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior/Head Waiter.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Valid Food Safety Certificate.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with delivery app management.
