Ø Assist cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker/ICD implantation, and other interventional procedures.

Ø Prepare, position, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.

Ø Handle sterile instruments, catheters, and devices as per protocol.

Ø Operate cath lab machines (imaging systems, hemodynamic monitoring, contrast injectors, etc.).

Ø Ensure accurate real-time monitoring of patient vitals during procedures.

Ø Calibrate, clean, and maintain cath lab equipment regularly.

Ø Explain procedures to patients and obtain necessary consent.

Ø Ensure strict adherence to infection control and radiation safety measures.

Ø Respond quickly to emergencies and assist in resuscitation if needed.

Ø Maintain patient procedure reports, device usage records, and consumable stock.

Ø Record and update data in Hospital Information System (HIS) / EMR.

Ø Assist in audit and compliance documentation for NABH/JCI standards.

Ø Work closely with cardiologists, anesthetists, nurses, and biomedical staff.

Ø Support cath lab scheduling, preparation, and smooth workflow.

Ø Coordinate with vendors for consumables, devices, and equipment servicing

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Cath Lab Technology
  • Certification/Training in Cath Lab procedures, ECG, BLS & ACLS (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience as a Cath Lab Technician in a hospital.
  • Hands-on experience in angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, stent procedures, and other interventional cardiology procedures.

Knowledge & Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Cath Lab equipment, cardiac procedures, and sterile techniques.
  • Ability to assist cardiologists during invasive procedures.
  • Skilled in patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and emergency response protocols.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), EMR, and procedure documentation.
  • Good communication skills for patient interaction and team coordination.

Salary is Negotiable for deserving Candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
