We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and educate students across diverse age groups and backgrounds in small intimate new Catholic School. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and support students’ academic and personal growth. Your enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success will drive a dynamic classroom experience that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to meet students' diverse needs.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation.
• Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Utilize various teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance learning engagement.
• Support students’ social-emotional development by creating a safe space for expression and growth
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements in accordance with school policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education OR 3 Years Experience Teaching in a Related Field
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring across different age groups or subjects
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate students
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
• Passion for education and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational best practices

Pay: $28,000.00 - $36,816.00 per year
