Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership (Primary Focus)

Lead effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic planning

Monitor teaching quality, lesson execution, and student outcomes

Drive result-oriented academic strategies and improvement plans

Mentor teachers and strengthen classroom practices

Staff Development

Conduct teacher training and academic reviews

Guide coordinators and academic teams

Promote continuous professional development

Quality & Compliance

Ensure CBSE norms and academic documentation standards

Oversee examination planning and academic reporting

Stakeholder Engagement

Build positive relationships with parents and academic stakeholders

Represent the school in academic forums and CBSE interactions

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory:

Post-Graduate Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed

Minimum 8–10 years teaching experience

Minimum 3–5 years in academic leadership role

Preferred:

Experience in CBSE schools

Strong academic planning and mentoring skills
