CBT Facilitator - On Call/Permanent

Summary:

This position provides justice-involved individuals with the tools and knowledge for successful community reentry through the delivery of selected cognitive behavioral curriculum. Group facilitation is provided in areas including cognitive self-change, social skills, problem solving, relationships and other related issues.

This position works in the High Desert area including Victorville and Barstow.

Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology or closely related fields is desirable. - Relevant teaching or counseling experience with justice-involved individuals is preferred
- Facilitates the delivery of CBT in a group setting focusing on motivation for change, social adjustment, personal management, social skill development, cognitive restructuring and development of problem-solving skills. - Must be flexible, cooperative and empathetic to participant and staff needs.

Must be able to maintain flexible hours, as the classroom hours may vary.

**Ability to work on call with short notice.**
