• Follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards and workplace safety
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners efficiently and safely
• Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability for clients and staff
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting respectfully with clients and team members
• Adhere to scheduling commitments and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move around comfortably during shifts
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
