CCPP Process & Performance Lead Engineer

As we expand our engineering capabilities across Europe and the Middle East, we are excited to grow our new Engineering Hub in Dubai . We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CCPP Process and Performance Lead Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the basic and detailed design of Gas Turbines, HRSGs, and Steam Turbines
• Develop and optimize heat and mass balance diagrams , performance predictions, and correction curves
• Design Balance of Plant (BOP) systems for Combined Cycle & Cogeneration Power Plants
• Generate data for equipment sizing and cost estimation
• Support commissioning teams with performance test procedures
• Evaluate auxiliary power consumption and its impact on overall plant performance
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, HEI, ASME-TDP, API, HIS)
• Support in preparing performance guarantees and evaluating liquidated damages

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in CCPP process and performance engineering
• Proficiency in Thermal Engineering Software such as ThermoFlow (Thermoflex, GT Pro, GT Master)
• Strong understanding of contractual performance metrics
• Ability to work in a multinational, cross-functional team
