International Skills Academy, Pakistan’s No.1 Skills Training Academy, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, and converting potential leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and polite manner
- Understand and resolve queries of potential and existing clients clearly
- Communicate with confidence and provide accurate information regarding our courses.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive and helpful communication
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in every customer interaction
- Keep records of calls and follow up on leads in google sheets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent spoken Urdu & English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in call center / customer care / tele-sales will be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets & Chat GPT)

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary Package: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commission
- Gender: Male/Female both eligible
