CCSS Supervisor (Full time)

Position Title: Supervisor – Comprehensive Counseling & Support Services (CCSS)
Job Type: Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours per week)

P.A.R.E.N.T.S., Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Comprehensive Counseling & Support Services (CCSS) Program. The Supervisor will lead and manage the program’s daily operations while providing guidance, supervision, and coordination for program staff to ensure program goals and objectives are successfully met.

This role requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The CCSS Program supports our mission of strengthening families by providing resources, skills, support, and advocacy to promote a cycle of positive parenting. The primary goal of this position is to help promote safe and stable families by reducing the risk of child abuse and neglect among families referred by Child Welfare Services (CWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with the hiring process, staff onboarding, and training
• Provide ongoing coaching, supervision, and performance evaluations for program staff
• Complete required supervisory and contract-related trainings, as well as ongoing professional development
• Receive and manage referral assignments and oversee case coordination
• Provide case coverage as needed
• Supervise services that may take place in client homes, the office, or other community locations
• Ensure services are scheduled at times convenient for families, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to support staff and program needs
• Provide ongoing quality assurance and oversight of program services
• Remain available to staff and clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed
• Maintain professionalism and positive working relationships with clients, coworkers, and community partners
• Represent P.A.R.E.N.T.S., Inc. in a professional manner and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Demonstrate ethical, responsible behavior and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines or pressure
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution and at least two (2) years of relevant experience

OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience

In addition, applicants must have:

• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
• At least two (2) years of experience working with parents or caregivers who have harmed or are at risk of harming their children, and children who have experienced or are at risk of abuse, trauma, or loss

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with domestic violence
• Experience working with substance abuse
• Experience with permanency planning and family stabilization

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to travel frequently throughout East Hawaiʻi
• Must be able to travel to Oʻahu and/or the mainland for training when required
• Must maintain appropriate motor vehicle insurance as required by company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
