Roles and responsibilities
· Site assessment and design:
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate infrastructure and determine the best camera placements and security solutions.
- Work with project managers to convert client requirements into a workable commissioning plan.
· Installation and configuration:
- Install cameras, DVRs, and other related equipment.
- Configure CCTV systems, including video management software (VMS) and network settings.
- Install and terminate cabling (coaxial, fiber, copper) as needed for both analog and IP systems.
- Installation and commissioning of CCTV Systems.
- Maintenance and fault calls on and CCTV Systems.
- Installation and testing of Structured Cabling Systems.
- Interpreting and understanding proposal documents, schematics and drawings.
- Accurate and timely completion of all work related documentation including but not limited to test results, commissioning information, drawings information.
- Ensure the highest quality of workmanship at all times.
- Ensure accurate, clear and concise documentation at all times.
- Self-auditing own work.
- Interfacing with other systems and sub-contractors, in particular but not limited to Access Control, Building Intelligence and Fire and Intruder alarm services and other life safety systems.
- Accurate and timely completion of all internal documentation as required in your employment contract.
- This list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to assist in other areas of the business as the need arises.
· Maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Perform regular maintenance checks and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are working correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise with the system.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures.
· Quality assurance and documentation:
- Ensure all work is completed according to the design and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Conduct technical inspections and audits to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards.
· Client and team communication:
- Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use the equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and network engineers to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
· Safety and compliance:
- Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Follow all relevant health and safety policies and procedures on-site.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE SITE ENGINEER: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)
- SIRA ID (Preferred)
