CCTV Operative – Floorworld

Floorworld is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operative to monitor the daily running of our showrooms across the UAE and Oman. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by overseeing customer counts, identifying in-store issues, and monitoring staff activity to maintain high standards of service and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage from all Floorworld showrooms.
• Track and record daily customer counts for each showroom.
• Identify and report any issues within the showrooms, including operational concerns, safety risks, or suspicious activity.
• Observe and report on staff conduct to ensure company policies and customer service standards are upheld.
• Prepare and submit daily monitoring reports to management using Excel.
• Maintain accurate logs and data for management review.
• Escalate urgent matters immediately to the relevant department (security, operations, HR, or showroom management).
• Assist management in reviewing recorded footage when required for investigations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CCTV monitoring or security operations role preferred.
• Strong observation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods of time.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and reporting).
• Basic IT knowledge to operate CCTV software and reporting tools.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
