CCTV Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and premises. The ideal candidate should be attentive, capable of identifying unusual activities, and able to maintain accurate security records while coordinating with the security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
• Maintain CCTV footage and ensure proper recording and storage.
• Coordinate with the Security Supervisor regarding incidents and emergency situations.
• Prepare daily incident reports and maintain surveillance logs.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
• Assist in reviewing CCTV footage for investigations and internal inquiries.
• Monitor vehicle movement, visitor access, and entry/exit activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of surveillance information and company data.
• Support security audits and compliance requirements.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security monitoring role.
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance software.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
