Job Title: CCTV & Access Control Technician

Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, programming, maintenance, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, parking barrier gates, and vehicle barrier systems. Ensures all security and entry systems operate efficiently, safely, and securely at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
• Program and manage access control systems, including access cards, biometric devices, and user permissions.
• Install, test, and maintain parking barrier gates, vehicle barrier systems, and gate automation equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all security and access systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in CCTV, access control, intercom, and parking barrier systems.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning after installation or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and service reports.
• Coordinate with management and clients regarding system performance, upgrades, and technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
