CDL-A Dedicated Driver - No Experience Needed | $83K–$104K
Location: Plano, TX

We are looking for CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated account out of Plano, TX. You will run the same routes every week with a consistent customer - predictable schedule, familiar roads, and no surprises. Just got your CDL-A? Perfect - we built this position with fresh graduates in mind.

PAY

• $0.65-$0.85 CPM
• Stop pay: $15.00 per stop
• Sign on Bonus: $2,500
• Weekly average: $1,600-$2,000
• Annual earnings: $83,200-$104,000
• Day and night shifts available

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record - minor violations considered
• No DUI or SAP program history
• No endorsements required - fresh CDL graduates encouraged to apply
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run dry van loads on a dedicated account lane out of Plano, TX
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every day
• Keep electronic logs current and accurate via ELD
• Stay in contact with dispatch on deliveries and any schedule changes
• Drive efficient routes to hit every delivery window
