CDL-A Driver

Job Summary
Looking to hire 2-3 Class A Drivers for a few lanes i currently have. These Lanes are DIRECT CLIENTS and there is no slow season.

Have an opening for a Flatbed Lane (Conestoga) so no tarping required. The lanes go to OH,NC,NY and NH. Also can hire for a regular flatbed but tarping will be required for some loads.

Have another opening to run drop and hook year round. 100% no touch freight.

Responsibilities

• Safely secure and transport all kinds of materials. Steel, Aluminum, Lumber, ETC.
• Follow designated routes and schedules diligently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Manage documentation related to deliveries, including delivery logs, load manifests, and inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle and uphold safety standards at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving or commercial driving roles involving freight delivery.
• Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Experience with various types of freight such as refrigerated goods, flatbed loads.
• Knowledge of route driving best practices and load & unload procedures.
• Ability to handle uneasy days and work at getting things done.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to driving large commercial vehicles and transporting sensitive materials. Join us in delivering excellence on the road! Pay: $1,750.00 - $2,500.00 per week
