CDL-A Driver - FedEx Ground Linehaul - Home Daily

PDT Inc. is hiring a Full-Time FedEx CDL A Driver for Nightly Linehaul Runs out of Richmond Hill, GA.

Route Details:

• Home Daily – run nightly PM/overnight routes, dispatching between 8pm-4am, and be home during the day
• Full-Time, 5-day or 6-day work week (6 days required during peak season)
• No Touch Freight – drop & hook only
• Average miles vary by route, typically 400-600 miles per night – consistent year-round work

Solo Driving Rates:

• 0-5 Months tenure 52 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM= 62 CPM
• 6-11 Months tenure 55 CPM+ Safe Performance 10 CPM = 65 CPM
• 12+ Months tenure 57 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM = 67 CPM

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid CDL Class A with Doubles/Triples endorsement (we will train qualified drivers new to pulling doubles – endorsement must be obtained before your first day)
• Experience:
• 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years OR
• 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 10 years
• Clean driving record – no more than 2 combined tickets/accidents in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug/alcohol screening, and DOT physical

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain equipment in safe operating condition
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in continuous safety training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $0.67 per mile
