CDL-A Fuel Tanker Truck Driver

We are looking for a dedicated tanker driver to join our team (HOME EVERY NIGHT). We are a locally owned and operated small trucking company located in Fergus Falls, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience in tanker operations, route driving, and ensuring safe transportation of freight. This role provides an opportunity to work in a critical logistics position within our organization. Applicants with extensive tanker driving experience will be given preference. We are looking for candidates located near Fergus Falls or surrounding area. Expected pay range is for full time employees, and is variable based on work performance, time management and availability.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tanker trucks to transport various liquids or gases to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload tanker contents following proper procedures
- Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Tanker Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in automotive repair basics for minor maintenance tasks
- Ability to handle various types of freight and ensure secure transport
- Strong knowledge of route driving principles and navigation skills
- Skill in safely loading and unloading tanker contents
