We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated position out of Charlottesville, VA. Run consistent local routes, get home every single day, and earn strong annual pay with full benefits from day one. No prior trucking experience required — we train you from the start.

PAY

• Annual pay: $88,000–$97,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,900
• Sign-on bonus: $2,500
• CPM rate: $0.56 to start, +$0.01 for every 6months of experience

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Local Dedicated | Full-Time
• Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes
• Home Time: Daily — no overnight runs, no exceptions
• Schedule: 5 days per week, day and night shifts available
• No weekend-off schedules currently available for full-time drivers

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license
• 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record
• 3+ months verifiable tractor trailer experience
• No SAP program or DUI history
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Must reside within 30 miles of Charlottesville, VA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate CDL-A truck on local dedicated routes
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
